The “Caliber” folding unit uses a very inexpensive FDA approved flexible poly liner bag inside of a heavy duty, stackable, folding, plastic IBC.  This combination of features gives you a 315 gallon capacity reusable container, with all of the advantages of a machine handleable semi-bulk shipper with or without a bottom drain, for a cost that is less than the cost of 55 gal. drums.  .  .  

The “Caliber” folds flat when empty saving space in your warehouse or when being

returned empty to your plant for refilling.  When empty 2.5 containers will take up

approximately the same space as one full container.  Therefore, if you were shipping

5,000 gallons of product you would need 16 containers to do the job.  Those 16 containers can be stacked in four pallet spaces in the nose of a trailer for recycling,

bringing return freight costs down substantially.  In your warehouse the 16 empty containers could stack in two 13 foot high stacks. And when full they will stack 5 high (appx 20')

            Disposable, flexible poly liners are made in clean room conditions.

            Inexpensive liners are discarded and replaced after each use so there is no need

            to clean the container.

            Empty IBC folds down for reshipment back to source at attractive freight rates.

            Empty IBC folds down for storage at a ratio of 2.5 empties to 1 full unit.
